Derek
Snelsonis a second
generation drag racer from Anchorage, AK starting his
driving career at 18 years old; he is licensed to drive
anything that goes fast. This is his 3rd year as one of the
team pilots. He holds the Alaska Land Speed Record at 309
MPH in a jet dragster. When Derek is not on the track, he
is heavily involved in fitness and weight training and
enjoys hockey. He is the owner of Performance Promotions, a
company sponsored by The Natural Freak andBodybuilding.comthat
promotes Natural Body Building & Fitness shows and
custom car and motorcycle shows. TheWarhawk
Motorsportsteam is finished
up in October at the Rocky Mountain Raceway in Salt Lake
City for the Nationals. They are taking bookings for 2008
and marketing partners. Derek is now
busy promoting his fitness and car shows scheduled over the
winter of 2007/2008 (see our schedule page for upcoming
